I am particularly excited to announce the publication of the latest position statement produced by the Neonatal and Paediatric Pharmacist Group (NPPG) on the use of injection solutions to administer analgesics or sedatives via the intranasal route.

This position statement is based on an in depth literature review done by our information officers and offers a really good overview of the off-label use of injectable products given via the intranasal route including dosing and practical recommendations for dose delivery.
