Vitamins
Dear colleagues,
I am incredibly pleased to announce the publication of our newest position statement, this time on Liquid Vitamin and Iron Supplements in Neonates and Children. It has taken a lot of work to pull together and hopefully will be incredibly helpful for you, whatever setting you work in. It does give guidance on use of vitamins in different clinical situations and will also be helpful in navigating shortages. This position statement also comes with a link to a summary of liquid and chewable/soluble tablet multivitamin products available in the UK has been prepared by the NPPG Information Service and will hopefully save colleagues time when trying to find out what products are available and assessing suitability
